هدف از پژوهش پیش بینی ترک خدمت براساس تعهد سازمانی در بین کارکنان ستادی نواحی آموزش پرورش شهر اصفهان بود. روش پژوهش همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه کارمندان ستادی ادارههای آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان (1، 2، 3، 4، 5، 6 ) با جمعیتی معادل 400 نفر که در سال 1401 مشغول به کاربوده، تشکیل دادند. روش نمونه گیری این پژوهش، نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشهای بود. حجم نمونه 196 نفر برطبق جدول مورگان بدست آمد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای گردآوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS، از فنون آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف استاندارد) و استنباطی(ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد ترک خدمت براساس تعهد سازمانی در بین کارکنان ستادی نواحی آموزش پرورش شهر اصفهان قابل پیش بینی است(05/0>P). یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که تعهدسازمانی میتواند در متغیرهای دیگرمرتبط با کارکنان از جمله تعهدسازمانی تاثیرگذار باشد و میتوان تعهد سازمانی را متغیر مهم در بهره وری سازمان دانست.

The objective of the study was to predict turnover based on organizational commitment among the staff of the education departments of Isfahan city. The research method was correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the staff of the education departments of Isfahan city (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) with a population equivalent to 400 people who were working in 2021. The sampling method of this study was cluster random sampling. The sample size was 196 people according to the Morgan table. To analyze the collected data using SPSS software, descriptive (mean, standard deviation) and inferential (Pearson correlation coefficient) statistical techniques were used. The results showed that turnover is predictable based on organizational commitment among the staff of the education districts of Isfahan (P<0.05). The research findings showed that organizational commitment can be effective in other variables related to employees, including organizational commitment, and organizational commitment can be considered an important variable in organizational productivity.
