  •   چکیده مقاله به فارسی : مقاله حاضر به بررسی خودکشی (علل و راهکارهای پیشگیری) میپردازد. با توجه به ماهیت کیفی بودن تحقیق برای مطالعه روش تحلیل محتوا انتخاب شد. تحلیل محتوا یکی از مهمترین روش های تحقیق کیفی است که در پی شناخت اطلاعات به تحلیل آنها می پردازد.خودکشی یک پدیده چندعاملی پیچیده است که در نتیجه تعامل عوامل روانی، اجتماعی و زیست‌شناختی رخ می‌دهد این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که گسست از پیوندهای اجتماعی و معنابخش هسته مرکزی این پدیده را تشکیل می‌دهد. عواملی مانند مشکلات خانوادگی (به‌ویژه تعارض والد-فرزند)، طلاق، بیکاری و سوءمصرف الکل با تضعیف شبکه‌های حمایتی، فرد را به سمت انزوا و ناامیدی سوق می‌دهند.همچنین پرخاشگری و اختلال در تنظیم هیجان به عنوان مکانیسم‌های روان‌شناختی، این فشارهای بیرونی را به درون فرد منتقل کرده و آسیب‌پذیری او را افزایش می‌دهند.در سطح زیست‌شناختی، کمبود ویتامین D به عنوان یک عامل خطر نوظهور، با تأثیر بر عملکرد مغز، توانایی مقابله با استرس را کاهش می‌دهد. همچنین، رسانه‌ها با عادی‌سازی و ارائه الگوهای تقلیدی، به‌ویژه در پوشش خودکشی افراد مشهور، می‌توانند اثر سرایت را تشدید کنند.در مقابل، عوامل محافظتی قدرتمندی شناسایی شده‌اند. پیوندهای خانوادگی پایدار، تعهدات مذهبی و مسئولیت‌پذیری ناشی از فرزندآوری با ایجاد حس تعلق و معنا، سپری در برابر خودکشی ایجاد می‌کنند. راهبرد مؤثر پیشگیری، رویکردی چندسطحی و یکپارچه است که شامل غربالگری همگانی به‌ویژه در نوجوانان، مداخلات روانی-اجتماعی برای تقویت مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای و ترمیم روابط، سیاست‌های حمایتی برای کاهش فشارهای اقتصادی و آموزش مسئولیت‌پذیری رسانه‌ای می‌باشد. در نتیجه نجات یک جان، تنها با درمان فرد میسر نیست، بلکه مستلزم بازسازی شبکه‌های حمایتی در اطراف اوست.
