هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه ی بین رهبری پدرسالار با رفتار شهروند سازمانی از طریق متغیر میانجی تبادل رهبر عضو ادراک شده در شرکت ذغالسنگ کرمان میباشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش هاي توصیفی است که به روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت ذغالسنگ کرمان میباشد و تعداد 140 نفر مطابق با جدول مورگان به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب گردید. به منظور تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده و ابزارگردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامههای رهبری پدرسالار، تبادل رهبر-عضو ادراک شده و رفتار شهروند سازمانی میباشد. یافته هاي پژوهش نشان میدهد که بین رهبری پدرسالار و رفتار شهروند سازمانی از طریق متغیر میانجی تبادل رهبر عضو ادراک شده در کارکنان ذغالسنگ کرمان رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد.

The purpose of this study is the relationship of patriarch leadership with his organic citizens through mediator variable of a perceived member of leadership in coal company of Kerman. This is a descriptive correlative study which is done through surveying. The statistical society of this study includes the staff of coal company of Kerman. For this survey we have chosen 140 people using the Morgan table. Structural equations are used for the analysis, and the tools used for the informations of the patriarch leadership is the exchange of a perceived leader-member and the behavior of organic citizens. The results of the study indicate that there is a meaningful relationship between the patriarch leadership and organic citizens through the mediator variables of the exchanges of the perceived leadership.
