  •   چکیده مقاله به فارسی : هدف از این تحقیق تاثیر متقابل فشارهای سازمانی و قابلیت های پایداری بر توسعه مدیریت زنجیره تامین شرکت پلیمر صنعت یاسوج می باشد. که از نظر روش¬شناسی، تحقیق حاضر توصیفی و پیمایشی و روش گردآوری اطلاعات میدانی و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بوده است، بررسی روایی پرسشنامه تحقیق از طریق روایی محتوا و بررسی اساتید موردتایید قرار گرفته است، و پایایی پرسشنامه مورد نظر به وسیله آلفای کرونباخ و با پیش آزمون 30 پرسشنامه تمامی متغیرهای تحقیق بالای 7/0 بدست آمده است، جامعه¬ی آماری تحقیق تعداد 262 نفر از کارکنان که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند و در نهایت فرضیات تحقیق با روش معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داده شده است که سازمانی بر توسعه مدیریت زنجیره تامین شرکت شرکت پلیمر صنعت یاسوج با احتمال 99 درصد اثرگذاری وجود دارد. قابلیت های پایداری بر توسعه مدیریت زنجیره تامین شرکت پلیمر صنعت یاسوج با احتمال 99 درصداثرگذاری وجود دارد.

  •   چکیده مقاله به انگلیسی : The purpose of this research is the mutual influence of organizational pressures and sustainability capabilities on the development of supply chain management of Sanat Yasouj Polymer Company. In terms of methodology, the current research was descriptive and survey, and the field data collection method and questionnaire data collection tool, the validity of the research questionnaire was confirmed through the content validity and professors' review, and the reliability of the questionnaire was determined by Cronbach's alpha. And with the pre-test of 30 questionnaires, all the variables of the research have been obtained above 0.7, the statistical population of the research is 262 employees who were selected by the census method, and finally the research hypotheses have been analyzed by the structural equation method. The results of the research have shown that there is an organization with a 99% probability of influencing the development of the supply chain management of Polymer Sanat Yasouj. There are sustainability capabilities on the development of supply chain management of Polymer Sanat Yasouj with a probability of 99%.
