مقدمه: كارآمدي مدير بستگي به توانايي او در برقراري ارتباطات با كارمندان دارد. نقصان در مهارتهاي ارتباطي موجب كاهش احتمال موفقيت مدير و ً نهايتا سازمان مي شود. با توجه به مساله پیچیدگی فرهنگی و اهمیت مهارت ارتباطی ْ، مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی تعیین ارتباط بین هوش فرهنگی و مهارت ارتباطی در مدیران پرستاری طراحی شده است.
روش کار: این تحقیق یک مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی می باشد. جامعه مورد مطالعه تمام مدیران پرستاری در سطوح؛ مترون، سوپروایزر و سرپرستار شاغل در بیمارستانهای تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوین در تابستان و پاییز سال 1397 بودند. نمونه گیری به صورت سرشماری از مدیران پرستاری در رده سرپرستار، سوپروایزر بالینی، سوپروایزر آموزشی، سوپروایزر کنترل عفونت و مدیر پرستاری انجام شد. بهمنظور گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه های : اطلاعات دموگرافیک ْ، پرسشنامه هوش فرهنگی آنگ و ارلی و پرسشنامه مهارتهای ارتباطی بین فردی ماتسون استفاده شد.جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده هااز نرم افزار spss 21 و آزمون های آماری از آزمون¬های کای دو، تست دقیق فیشر، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه استفاده شد.
یافتهها: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده ، بین نمرات هوش فرهنگی با مهارت های ارتباطی مدیران با ضریب همبستگی پیرسون 43/0 = r، رابطه مثبت و معنی داری از لحاظ آماری وجود دارد (p-value < 0.05). همچنین بین مولفه های فراشناختی، شناختی و انگیزشی هوش معنوی با مهارت های ارتباطی به ترتیب با ضرایب همبستگی؛ 32/0، 45/0 و 33/0، رابطه مثبت و معنی داری از لحاظ آماری وجود دارد. (p-value < 0.05)
بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که هوش فرهنگی و مهارت ارتباطی همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری دارند , با توجه به اکتسابی بودن هوش فرهنگی ، توسعه و آموزش آن به عنوان یک ضرورت برای مدیران پرستاری توصیه می گردد.

The efficiency of the manager depends on his ability to communicate with employees. The failure of communication skills reduces the likelihood of the manager's success and ultimately the organization. due to the issue of cultural complexity and importance of communication skills, the present study is designed to study the relationship between cultural intelligence and communication skills in nursing managers.
Methods: This Research Is A Descriptive Correlational. The Study Population Consisted Of All Nursing Managers At The Level Of Nursing Managers, Supervisor And Nurses Working In Hospitals Covered By Qazvin University Of Medical Sciences In Summer And Autumn Of 1977. Sampling Was Done By Available Sampling From Nursing Managers In The Nurse, Clinical Supervisor, Educational Supervisor, Infection Control Supervisor And Nursing Manager. Questionnaires Were Used To Collect Data: Demographic Information, Ang And Erlie Cultural Intelligence Questionnaire And Matson Interpersonal Communication Skills Questionnaire. Fisher's Exact, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Independent T-Test And One-Way ANOVA Were Used.
Results: According To The Results, There Was A Positive And Significant Relationship Between Cultural Intelligence Scores And Managers' Communication Skills With Pearson's Correlation Coefficient R = 0.43 (P-Value <0.05). Also, There Was A Positive And Significant Relationship Between Metacognitive, Cognitive And Motivational Components Of Spiritual Intelligence With Communication Skills With Correlation Coefficients Of 0.32, 0.45 And 0.33, Respectively (P-Value <0.05).
Conclusion: the results of this study showed that cultural intelligence and communication skills have a positive and significant correlation with regard to the acquisition of cultural intelligence, development and training as a necessity for nursing managers.
